The 3rd Annual KENDSA Scientific Food & Nutrition Conference at Kenyatta University was a truly enriching experience.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to Kenya Nutrition And Dietetics Students Association ( KENDSA) for organizing such an insightful scientific conference under the theme:
“𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐥𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐔𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭/𝐎𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡.”
The discussions, presentations, and interactions highlighted the importance of continued collaboration in addressing today’s complex nutrition challenges.
At Nutrition For Refuges & Displaced Communities (NRDC), we were honored to present and set up an exhibition booth, where we introduced our work and engaged with many passionate students, professionals, and partners in the nutrition space.
A special thank you to our chairman, George Omollo, Arnold Stephen, our treasurer and Shahleen Jemesis, for the wonderful presentation and introducing NRDC and our mission to the participants
We want to thank everyone who visited our booth and interacted with our team. Your interest, questions, and insights made the experience even more meaningful.
As NRDC continues to build its work in humanitarian nutrition, we remain open to collaborations, partnerships, and knowledge exchange with individuals and organizations who share a commitment to improving nutrition outcomes for refugees and displaced communities.
